Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform company secretarial tasks for GBC and domestic companies
  • Attend board meeting and draft board minutes
  • Liaise with local authorities (ROC, FSC, SEM, CDS, etc) regarding ongoing operational and company secretarial matters
  • Advise clients on the company’s ongoing legal requirements from a Mauritian perspective
  • Perform bank account openings and bank transfer
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks

 

Profile:

 

  • University degree in Management, Finance, or Law and/or studying for a professional qualification
  • Good communication skills
  • Well versed in written English
  • English at A-Level would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Be flexible, able to work under pressure
  • Organised, autonomous, accurate, proactive with an analytical mind
  • Team player with a good time management and interpersonal skills
