The APEX Group is looking for a Legal Executive who will be able to handle a portfolio of clients in the different areas of the business. This full-time Legal Executive role is based in Quatre Bornes and offers an attractive salary and benefits.
As a Legal Executive, you will be able to handle a portfolio of clients in the different areas of the business. You will be encouraged, supported and rewarded for doing what is right for the long-term success of the customer and business. The Legal Executive will review and draft constitutive documents of companies, limited partnerships, foundations and other entities incorporated or to be incorporated in Mauritius.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Reviewing and drafting constitutive documents of companies, limited partnerships, foundations and other entities incorporated or to be
- Assisting with legal matters and attending to legal queries of clients
- Preparing the first draft of opinions
- Conducting research on legal issues impacting the sector
To apply for this Senior Associate role, you will need an LLB or any other law-related degree and at least three years of experience in the legal field. You will also require the following:
- A good understanding of the global business and the financial services sector
- Good analytical and technical skills
- The ability to evolve in a team and also working dependently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
