Where we summarise or link to legislation, regulation or official guidance, the official published text prevails. Laws and rules change; we do not warrant that our summaries are current or complete.

Third-party sites and Member listings

This site links to regulators, official portals, published indices and Member organisations. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.

Entries in the Business Directory are supplied by the Member organisations themselves. We publish them in good faith but do not verify or guarantee them, and inclusion is not a recommendation.

Membership

Membership of Mauritius Finance, and access to the Members’ area, is governed by our constitution and Membership terms rather than by this notice.

Career opportunities and job listings

Where you submit a CV, you are asking us to share it with Member organisations that are recruiting. Mauritius Finance is not the employer, does not select candidates and gives no guarantee of a role. Job listings are provided by the organisations advertising them and are their responsibility.

Events and training

Registration for an event or training programme is subject to any specific terms, fees and cancellation conditions stated for that event. Programmes, speakers, dates and venues may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation;
• harvest or scrape data, including Member contact details, whether manually or automatically;
• post anything in the Members’ area that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or that infringes another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and trade marks on this site belong to Mauritius Finance or its licensors and are protected by law. You may read, download and print pages for your own or your organisation’s internal use. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use needs our written permission.

Our publications, including the Mauritius Finance magazine, remain our property and that of their contributors. Photographs of our events may include attendees; if you appear in one and would rather not, contact us and we will remove it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mauritius Finance is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
