Stewards Inc., the U.S. affiliate of Stewards Investment Capital, rang the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell in Times Square on 14 October 2026, celebrating its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Board directors, employees, shareholders and partners gathered in New York to celebrate the company’s listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

“Nasdaq broadens our visibility in the U.S. capital markets and introduces Stewards to a much wider community of investors as we execute our long-term strategy. There are a lot of people who believed in what we were building long before there was a Nasdaq logo behind us, and this day belongs to them as much as anyone,” said Glen Steward, Chairman of Stewards Inc. and Founder & Chairman of Stewards Investment Capital.

Reflecting on the occasion, he paid tribute to those who supported the business long before its Nasdaq debut, saying the day belonged to them as much as anyone.

Stewards Inc. has grown from its private credit roots into a diversified platform spanning private credit, real assets and technology-enabled financial infrastructure. Since 2020, its private credit business has originated more than US$153 million in cumulative direct and syndicated funding across over 10,000 small and mid-sized businesses. It continues to expand its real-assets portfolio and invest in technology to support scale and efficiency.

Bilal Adam, Chief Executive Officer of Stewards Investment Capital, commented: “This is a proud moment for the entire Stewards affiliate group of companies. The Nasdaq listing enhances the visibility and institutional profile of the company that underpins our private credit strategy and strengthens the foundation we offer our investors across globally. With Stewards Inc. now trading on Nasdaq, we are also operating in a more controlled environment with stronger corporate governance.”
