Mass Affluent Offshore-Assistant Relationship Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of mass affluent offshore clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs and queries
- Conduct periodic static reviews for high, medium, and low-risk clients in accordance with KYC/AML policies
- Ensure timely onboarding of new offshore clients with complete and compliant documentation
- Promote adoption of Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB) platforms among clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable banking and investment products
- Monitor client portfolios and service quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Legal) to resolve service or risk-related issues
- Track and follow up on client activities and service requests
- Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the segment’s overall growth strategy
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with offshore clients by offering reliable and personalized service
