Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support business development activities and help strengthen brand visibility across Cyberati Group’s diverse portfolio in Mauritius, UAE and Seychelles.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking and online outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Support meetings, events and client interactions on behalf of Cyberati Group. Help build relationships by understanding client needs and presenting our services clearly.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and basic marketing materials for prospective clients.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, social media, events and overall brand visibility.
  • Market Research: Help gather information on key industries and monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to support business development efforts and ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track leads and opportunities and provide simple updates on progress.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as arranging signatures, scanning, filing and sending documents, as well as general office coordination.
  • Professional Representation: Represent Cyberati Group in a professional manner in all interactions with clients and partners.

Profile Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Exposure to service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Mauritian market or the offshore sector is a plus.
  • Understanding of conciergerie or lifestyle services is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic analytics.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English and French.

Pay Package: MUR 40-50k + Travelling
