The Role
The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and company secretarial support to a portfolio of client entities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and internal procedures. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally while working within a fast‑paced management company environment.

- Corporate Services, Manager / Head of Corporate Services
Duties
- Assist with maintaining proper records in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
- Assist with transfers in/out of entities from other service providers.
- Handling documentation and resolutions with regard to transactions and restructures.
- Incorporate new client entities and handle onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate the execution of documents and ensure proper filing.
- Coordinate bank account openings and support banking documentation processes.
- Follow up on signatures, approvals, and outstanding documentation.
- Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers.
- Ensure that a high standard of service is provided to clients.
- Compliance with statutory regulation and the company’s policy and procedures.
- Promote positive attitude and develop team spirit.
- Ensure deliverables are timely and processes are efficient.
- Ensure a high level of client service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Any other adhoc administration functions, as may be assigned by reporting line.
Skills and Knowledge
- Degree holder in Law and Management or related field
- 2-3 years in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English, and ability to work across all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and with information technology in general.
- Client service focused and commercial thinker.
