Rizwana Ameer Meea is a highly qualified Barrister admitted to practise in England and Wales, as well as a member of the bar in Mauritius. With over two decades of experience in the global business sector, she has been involved in all aspects of the business, ranging from structuring and administration to legal and policy formulation.

Karl is Global Head of Sales at Apex Group, leading the firm's global sales team. He joined Apex in 2018 to lead the UK sales team before expanding his remit to Europe and, subsequently, to his current global role. As the business has evolved beyond fund services into fintech and distribution, his responsibilities have expanded to cover the full client value chain, from fund launch and structuring through to fund services, capital raising, and digital solutions. Karl began his career at AKO Capital, one of Europe's leading equity hedge funds, before spending several years in prime brokerage at Deutsche Bank and UBS. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with alternative asset manager

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, Assad Abdullatiff is the CEO and Co-Founder of AXIS Fiduciary Ltd, a specialist provider in offshore trusts, funds and corporate services. His expertise spans corporate law, secretaryship, trusts and estates, tax and international tax planning. A frequent speaker at international conferences, he is committed to promoting Mauritius as a premier financial centre.

Bilal joined AXYS in 2017 as Group Head of Sales. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Natal, South Africa. Prior to AXYS he held senior roles in financial services, covering stockbroking, investment, structuring, fundraising and strategy. He currently leads the Global Business division with a strong focus on strategy, sales and business development.

A fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) with over 20 years' experience in corporate management, accounting and tax, Terry has lived in the UAE since 2012. His experience across DIFC and ADGM and his knowledge of UAE structures and regulations, including VAT and Economic Substance Regulations, are key assets to DTOS Group.

Washim Toorabally is a seasoned corporate and financial services professional with over 14 years of experience in corporate administration, regulatory compliance, global business structures and management company operations in Mauritius. As Managing Director of MantaRay Management Limited, he drives the company's strategic growth, corporate governance framework, regulatory compliance and overall business performance.

Tajnisha has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning both Mauritius and Guernsey (Channel Islands). Throughout her career she has advised and supported international clients in the structuring, management and administration of their affairs in Mauritius, and serves as a director on the boards of several client entities, providing strategic oversight and governance support.
