Mauritius Finance is pleased to welcome Andy Hill, Managing Director and Co-Head of Market Practice and Regulatory Policy at the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), for a conversation bringing global market experience into the Mauritius and broader pan-African context.
Drawing on his extensive experience across international bond markets, Andy will explore the foundations of well-functioning and liquid markets, and what these can mean for Mauritius as it continues to deepen its capital market ecosystem and strengthen its regional relevance.
