We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our bank. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome to visitors while efficiently managing calls and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls via the switchboard/PABX in a professional manner
  • Direct calls to the appropriate extensions and take accurate messages
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the bank
  • Record visitor attendance and manage visitor access procedures
  • Assist with customer queries and provide general support to the public
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming faxes and distribute accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and documentation (e.g. sign-in records)
  • Monitor parking requests and visitor badges
  • Support the Sales Team with follow-up calls when required

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist role
  • Min HSC or any similar qualification acceptable by the bank
