As we’re growing as a Management Company, we are looking for Administrators – Trust & Corporate for our Mauritius office. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the trust and fiduciary industry and able to be a crucial part of delivering the Trust and Company Client admin activities.

The ideal candidate will be having the following:
Responsibilities:
Client Administration
- Collaborate with RMs on client transactions, including participation in meetings and discussions.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines and logged appropriately.
- Maintain secure safekeeping of client documentation and records.
- Draft resolutions and complete checklists for a wide range of transactions.
- Process incoming funds and assets, payments, and investment instructions.
- Manage investment subscriptions, redemptions, and loan agreements.
- Handle applications and renewals for loan agreement, Subscription agreements/SPA, as well as LEI.
- Coordinate notarisation of documents and approval processes for beneficiary changes and deeds of indemnity.
- Arrange signing of financial statements and approval of Letter of Engagement for audit purposes.
- Provide assistance in approval and payment of annual returns and powers of attorney.
Regulatory Liaison
- Prepare correspondence with regulatory authorities including FSC, ROC, and MRA.
- Handle applications and renewals for TAN and Tax Residence Certificates (TRC).
- Execute statutory changes and filings for Companies.
- Prepare share acquisitions, transfers, and overseas register/ATED filings.
Entity setup and closures:
- Create and organise folders for NBC documentation and save the documents accordingly.
- Prepare welcome packs for new entities.
- Help in the full lifecycle of Trust and Company closures.
- Coordinate transfers out of trusts and companies.
Banking and Investment Coordination
- Facilitate opening and closing of bank and investment accounts.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from banks, investment houses, and registered agents.
- Conduct IBCI reviews and submit relevant forms (W8-BEN, FATCA, CRS, Self-Certification).
Compliance and Risk Management
- Submit CDD documentation for compliance approval.
- Perform Google, World Check, Scrutiny, and Screening checks.
- Maintain Register of Beneficial Owners.
- Monitor and report on transactions in line with compliance protocols.
Internal Collaboration and Projects
- Support internal KPI tracking and project work in collaboration with RMs, SRMs, and CSEs.
- Ensure settlement of ATML fees and resolution of investment review outcomes.
- Monitor high cash balances and action RACC points.
- Complete file reviews and 90-day reviews.
- Clean up dashboards including loan cards and FATCA/CRS links.
- Conduct IHT and FATCA/CRS reviews.
- Maintain and update insurance cards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Expect relevant on the job experience (must have at least 2 years in Trust and Corporate Administration).
Starting towards STEP or ICSA qualification.
Skills Required:
- Good working knowledge of the Trust and Company administration.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Self-motivated with good communication skills with colleagues and external intermediaries.
- Working towards attaining a good practical knowledge of trust and company administration.
- Organised, accurate, prepared to take ownership of tasks and understanding when to ask for advice or support.
- Following tasks through to completion, and able to manage own time.
- MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in working with Business Central system (NavOne).
- Able to work under pressure and to time frames.
- Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, at all levels, within and outside the Trust Company
