Private – Service Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

•Assist with the full client onboarding process, including preparation, verification, and submission of KYC/AML documentation

•Follow up with clients and internal teams for outstanding documents and information during onboarding and periodic reviews

•Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding/documentation issues promptly

•Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks and escalate any red flags or high-risk indicators

•Support daily transaction processing, including transfers, standing orders, and investment instructions

•Conduct call-backs for transaction confirmations, ensuring compliance with internal policies

•Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate execution of client instructions

•Verify and input client data and transaction details in internal banking systems

•Handle client servicing requests such as account maintenance, change of details, card issuance, and statement requests

•Maintain and update client records and documentation across systems, ensuring audit readiness at all times

•Draft and upload file notes to document client interactions, risk assessments, and internal discussions

•Assist with the preparation and follow-up of periodic reviews (e.g., Static Reviews) for High, Medium, and Low Risk clients

•Compile portfolio summaries and internal reports for Relationship Managers and Compliance teams

•Perform regular checks on client profiles to ensure data integrity and completeness

•Track outstanding EDD/KYC items and proactively follow up to ensure closure within required timelines

•Ensure proper digital and physical archiving of documents as per internal procedures and regulatory requirements

•Participate in internal trainings and workshops to remain up to date on bank systems, compliance obligations, and operational workflows

•Identify areas for improvement in client servicing processes and suggest practical enhancements

•Ensure all tasks are performed in line with internal policies, regulatory standards, and service level agreements
