We are currently seeking a highly capable Corporate Lawyer who can support our diverse practice areas and be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team working on local and international clients and complex regulatory matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters for both local and international clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support the structuring, establishment, and ongoing governance of Global Business Companies, Family Offices (SFO & MFO), Trusts and Foundations, and other legal entities.
- Advise on licensing matters regulated by the Financial Services Commission, including Investment Dealer, Investment
- Advisory, Payment Intermediary Services, Virtual Asset Services, and other financial services licences.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents such as shareholder and family governance agreements, corporate governance charters, contracts, licensing submissions, and compliance-related documentation.
- Lead legal due diligence and risk assessment for client onboarding, licence applications, restructuring and corporate transactions.
- Consult on compliance matters including regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, AML/KYC frameworks and obligations under various financial regulatory regimes.
- Manage corporate secretarial duties including statutory filings, board resolutions, corporate actions and regulatory correspondence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (corporate administration, compliance, licensing specialists) to deliver integrated legal and business solutions.
- Monitor legal developments in global business, financial services, and capital markets regulations and provide proactive guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, financial service providers and international partners as required.
- Support dispute resolution, regulatory investigations, and legal risk mitigation strategies where needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree; Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent qualification with focus on Corporate, International, Financial or Regulatory law is highly desirable.
- Admission to practice law in at least one reputable jurisdiction. Multi-jurisdictional qualification is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience advising on corporate and financial services law, preferably within an international law firm, corporate legal team, or financial services advisory environment.
- Demonstrated experience with financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, global business structures and fund or trust related legal matters is a significant advantage.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to legal detail.
- Commercially astute with the ability to provide practical legal advice aligned with client business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High ethical standards, discretion and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive matters.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic, multicultural professional team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
