Accounting Reporting Assurance (ARA) – Deloitte Mauritius

Deloitte Mauritius is seeking a skilled professional to join our Accounting Reporting Assurance (ARA) team. In this role, you will support clients in preparing accurate financial statements that comply with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards. You will advise on complex accounting matters such as mergers, restructuring, and new reporting requirements, while assisting in the consolidation of financial data for group companies.

You will collaborate with clients to enhance their finance processes. Preparing technical memos, accounting manuals, and reports, as well as mentoring junior staff, are key responsibilities. Staying current with changes in accounting standards and helping clients apply them is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong understanding of IFRS and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
• Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
