We provide a complete range of professional services including company formation, corporate administration, fund administration, accounting and tax services, wealth management, third party fund accounting, financial outsourcing and business model optimisation. We have delivery centres in Mauritius, Rwanda, Kenya and Dubai.

Job Purpose:

To assist the Manager-Corporate Services in contributing to the growth within the division and to ensure that the specific allocated tasks are carried out efficiently and diligently.

Job Responsibilities:

Know Your Client 

  • Review due diligence documents
  • Monitor and ensure completeness of due diligence documents
  • Understand the client ( BO/UBO) business and corporate structure

Compliance 

  • Ensure that Companies under your responsibility are in compliance with applicable legislation and regulation
  • Scrutinize banking transactions
  • Monitoring day to day client affairs in line with the business plan and related activities
  • Adhering to Procedures manual
  • Ensure that client records are complete, accurate and updated

Client Service 

  • Day to day management of client affairs
  • Understand & deal the client’s queries and complaints
  • Personal development
  • Be aware of relevant legislations and regulations
  • Dealing with Authorities, Banks and other local service providers

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Law and Management or Accounting and Finance or any related field.
  • ICSA partly or fully qualified.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within the Global Business sector.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and French.
  • Dynamic, committed and proactive.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
