Executive – Client Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Handling of a portfolio of Entities, including IBCs and Trusts, and liaising with clients to ensure timely services delivery of the portfolio;  
  • Executing Company and Trust administration duties including but not limited to secretarial functions, preparation of meetings, drafting of minutes / resolutions, attending to regulators’ periodic reviews;  
  • Ensuring compliance of portfolio with respect to applicable statutory and regulatory obligations;  
  • Liaising with external parties such as Bankers, Auditors, Lawyers and Regulatory bodies;  
  • Liaising with relevant authorities with regards to permits, licenses, and other documents;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal departments of the Company including Finance, Compliance, and Accounting to effectively support the clients’ activities in a timely manner;  
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of management, other departments, business areas and clients;  
  • Maintaining accurate data for all client enquiries and regularly updating of task lists;  
  • Executing and monitoring bank transfers, payments, FX transactions;  
  • Preparing client information packs and account opening forms;  
  • Following up on client correspondence such as letters, faxes, emails, client telephone calls;  
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up to date client, business and transaction records on interaction with clients at all times;  
  • Filing, updating client information on relevant internal systems;  
  • Ensuring daily and effective input on timesheet or any time management system;  
  • Ensuring that necessary filings are made as per the Legal & Regulatory framework within the prescribed deadline;  
  • Familiarising and adhering to internal policies and procedures; and  
  • Any other cognate duties that may from time to time be required which are appropriate to the role and business requirements.   

Background and Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the Global Business Sector;  
  • Holder of a Degree in Law and/or Management, Business Administration, or has completed/ substantially completed a Professional Qualification (ICSA / ACCA / STEP) or equivalent;  
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel) is a requirement;  
  • Experience with CRMs/ERPs will be a definite advantage.
