To assist in the accurate and timely processing of client payrolls by preparing and maintaining client data and records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting smooth payroll operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly client payrolls in a timely manner.
- Prepare and circulate payslips.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and submit reports on relevant platforms.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and respond to payroll-related queries.
- Support audits and provide payroll data when required.
- Perform adhoc payroll-related tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Professional Background
- HSC holder.
Experience
- No experience needed.
Skills & Competencies
- Comfort with numbers, simple calculations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
- Careful input of employee details and payroll figures.
