Rogers Capital Credit Ltd is looking for a Credit Administration Officer its Credit team. This position requires keen attention to detail while reviewing document. The ideal candidate should be a team player and have knowledge of basic accounting functions.
Your role:
- Report daily to the Senior Credit Admin Officer
- Follow up closely on daily work as prepared by the Senior Admin Officer
- Ensure that daily pool of clients for site visit as planned
- Ensure that all relevant KYCS are being obtained by client
- Ensure that client checklist duly filled with proper and accurate details for credit review
- Make recommendation whether a surveyor report is required after inspection
- May be required to work with other stakeholders such as Insurance companies, surveyors, Registrar of Companies, NTA and other related institutions
- Any other duties as may be assigned such as filing, scanning.
Your profile
- Diploma in Finance / Accounting or any other relevant field
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in a similar position.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Tools
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent team spirit;
- Proactive, dynamic and solution provider;
- Ability to work on a roster basis
- Ability and willingness to work on extended shifts, during odd hours , and weekends/public holidays and be able to cope under pressure
- Valid driving licenc
