Rogers Capital Credit Ltd is looking for a Credit Administration Officer its Credit team. This position requires keen attention to detail while reviewing document. The ideal candidate should be a team player and have knowledge of basic accounting functions.

Your role:

  • Report daily to the Senior Credit Admin Officer
  • Follow up closely on daily work as prepared by the Senior Admin Officer
  • Ensure that daily pool of clients for site visit as planned
  • Ensure that all relevant KYCS are being obtained by client
  • Ensure that client checklist duly filled with proper and accurate details for credit review
  • Make recommendation whether a surveyor report is required after inspection
  • May be required to work with other stakeholders such as Insurance companies, surveyors, Registrar of Companies, NTA and other related institutions
  • Any other duties as may be assigned such as filing, scanning.

Your profile

  • Diploma in Finance / Accounting or any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in a similar position.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Tools
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent team spirit;
  • Proactive, dynamic and solution provider;
  • Ability to work on a roster basis
  • Ability and willingness to work on extended shifts, during odd hours , and weekends/public holidays and be able to cope under pressure
  • Valid driving licenc
