Position: Senior Analyst Investment Solutions

Reports to: Senior Manager Investment Solutions or senior officer

Job Summary
The job holder will provide support to the Investment Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate sales activities between the Custody Product House and other business lines, including Global Business and Personal & Private Banking.
• Build a strong internal network with Relationship Managers and manage relationships with customers, providing reassurance and support when needed.
• Assist with the custody account opening process.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Securities Services Portal.
• Monitor the performance of the Custody Unit against the established budget.
• Assist in creating new users on InvestPro.
• Onboard brokers and perform due diligence.
• Work on the list of impaired accounts.
• Assist with the onboarding of third parties related to investments and custody.
• Support the retrieval and tracking of pledged portfolios.
Skills and Qualifications
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a professional finance qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and capable of effectively managing priorities within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven ability to maintain good working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment and committed to delivering consistent performance.
