Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of application development projects across business units (Pension, Life, Health, Swan Wealth, etc.)
  • Ensure that all software development projects are executed in line with the company’s SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) framework.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with developers, testers, and business users
  • Maintain project dashboards, milestones, and sprint tracking using agile project tools
  • Assist in the preparation of project progress updates/report for presentation to the project steering committee
  • Identify delays or challenges and work with relevant teams to resolve them
  • Ensure documentation, meeting notes, and action items are consistently maintained
  • Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to adjust to project changes.

Your skills & expertise:

  • Be a holder of a BA or  BSc Information Systems, or a related computing field
  • Have more than 2 years of experience coordinating software or application development projects
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with SDLC principles and project governance processes
  • Experience with project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevops..etc)
  • Highly organized and task oriented
  • Ability to understand and communicate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced development environment
