4th Annual Meeting – Mauritius Finance appoints its new board of directors

Mauritius Finance held its 4th Annual Meeting on the 25th April 2025 at our office in Ebene. The AGM saw the election of its Chairperson, Mrs. Shamima Mallam-Hassam and Vice-Chairperson, Mr. Assad Abdullatiff, who will steer the organization’s strategic direction in promoting Mauritius as a globally competitive financial hub.

The Board of Directors for the new term comprises of professionals from various sectors, including:
